Texas Water Development Board Project Solicitation for Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds
On October 31, 2013, the Texas Water Development Board began soliciting projects for the Clean Water (and Drinking Water) State Revolving Fund programs. Project information forms are due by 5:00 PM CT, March 3, 2014. All eligible projects submitted by March 3, 2014, will be included in annual Intended Use Plans for the next three years.
The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) provides funding for wastewater collection and treatment, nonpoint source pollution control, and estuary management projects. Certain project activities, including Green Infrastructure / Low Impact Development, may qualify under the Green Project Reserve program for a subsidy. For more information on the CWSRF, go to www.twdb.texas.gov/financial/programs/cwsrf. CWSRF can finance key watershed protection activities that are not eligible for Clean Water Act Section 319(h) grant funds.
Please access the link above to view the solicitation packets, download forms, and find contact information. If you have a project listed on the current (SFY 2014) Intended Use Plan, there is no need to submit a new project information form for the same project. Update forms for projects listed in the current Intended Use Plan are available at the webpages listed above. Information on upcoming workshops in your area will also be posted on these webpages when it's available.
